Return & Refund Policy

At Fusion Malta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your legal rights under applicable European Union law, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

A valid proof of purchase is required. Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements may be refused.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at fusionmalta2025@gmail.com. Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
