Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Malta: 1–2 business days

• Europe: 5–8 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or holidays). However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
